Shipping policy

At Lena’s Lighthouse Candles & Gifts, each product is handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality and care.

Because our wax melts and candle bouquets are made with premium wax that can soften in high temperatures, we carefully manage our shipping schedule to protect your order.

Shipping Schedule:

Orders are shipped every Monday.

This allows us to:

• Avoid packages sitting in hot delivery trucks over the weekend

• Protect the shape and quality of your wax melts

• Ensure your order arrives in the best condition possible

Orders placed after Sunday evening will ship the following Monday.

Warm Weather Shipping

During warmer months, wax melts may soften slightly during transit. This does not affect the quality or fragrance of your product.

If your wax melts arrive soft:

• Allow them to cool at room temperature

• They will quickly return to their original firmness

For best results, bring your package indoors as soon as it is delivered.

Order Processing

Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing before shipment. Every item is carefully prepared, packaged, and inspected before leaving our studio.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.

Lena’s Lighthouse Candles & Gifts is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
